Benton & Franklin Counties Superior Court (BFCSC) operates as a unified judicial district and has implemented modern presentation technology, electronic bench-copy systems, and remote-access tools to support hybrid court operations across both counties.

Courtroom Video Systems:
Benton County Superior Court courtrooms are equipped with integrated digital display systems, including large-format monitors, counsel-table screens, and ELMO document cameras. HDMI connections at the podium and counsel tables allow counsel to present documents, video, and demonstratives directly to the Court, jury, and gallery.

Electronic Bench Copies (eMotion):
The Court uses the eMotion system for electronic submission of bench copies for judicial review. Parties upload PDFs through the secure portal after filing originals with the County Clerk. eMotion is used for motions, supporting documents, and other materials requiring judicial consideration prior to hearing.

E-Filing (TrueFiling):
Benton & Franklin Counties Clerk’s Offices accept electronic filing through the TrueFiling platform. The system supports civil, criminal, and family-law filings and allows electronic service where permitted.

Remote Participation:
The Court provides WebEx-based remote access for designated calendars and hearings. Some dockets — including trials, adoptions, juvenile matters, and confidential proceedings — are not streamed. Public livestreams are available for eligible hearings through the Court’s website.
