Remote Appearances (Zoom / Telephone):
The Court uses Zoom for remote appearances (video preferred; telephone allowed if necessary). Instructions, links, and form for request are posted on the Court’s “Remote Appearances” page.

Zoom & Live-Stream Access for Public and Participants:
The Court maintains a “Zoom Video Hearing Links” page listing dockets where Zoom is available or streamed. Pre-approval is required for in-person dockets to appear remotely (form must be submitted at least 3 days in advance for non-criminal matters).

Local Rules – Remote Appearance and Electronic Transmission:
The Court’s Local Court Rules (effective Sept. 1, 2025) include Administrative Local Rule 13 (Remote Appearance) and General Local Rule 17 (Electronic Transmission). Remote appearances must be in open court and comply with due process.
