The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington (Yakima Division) follows the district-wide CM/ECF NextGen electronic-filing rules, uses the same electronic-evidence presentation systems implemented across EDWA courtrooms, and publishes electronic-filing and administrative procedures governing document format, service, and technical compliance requirements.

All filings—civil and criminal—must be submitted through the CM/ECF NextGen system. The district’s ECF Administrative Procedures govern PDF formatting, service via NEF, signature standards, and filing deadlines.
