NOTE: Public materials describe robust e-filing, electronic bench copies, courtroom multimedia, WebEx participation, and live streaming, but they do not expressly indicate that Franklin County Superior Court currently conducts fully remote or hybrid jury trials in the same formalized way as some larger Washington counties. Trial teams should confirm specific remote-trial, exhibit-presentation, and technology policies with the assigned judge and the Clerk’s Office before relying on particular configurations.
