Local General Rule 30 authorizes electronic transmission of notices, orders and documents to attorneys and parties who have filed authorization to receive emails. The Court supports digital signatures.

Remote Appearance Request for Mandatory In-Person Hearings:
For hearings designated as in-person only (e.g., trials, testimonial hearings), the Court provides a “Request to Appear Remotely for Mandatory In-Person Hearing” form. The form must be submitted at least two court-days before the hearing.
