Thurston County Superior Court provides structured remote-appearance options, publishes Zoom links for designated calendars, and supports electronic filing through its Clerk’s eFile portal. Remote appearances are governed by local rules and must follow court-issued decorum and scheduling requirements.
Technology Overview
-
Remote Appearances (Video / Telephone):
Local Court Rule 7(b)(5) authorizes the Court to permit parties, attorneys, and witnesses to appear by video, telephone, or other electronic means. When remote appearance is not automatically allowed, a motion must be filed at least one week before the hearing on the assigned judge’s motion calendar.
